📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess the financial needs of clients and provide tailored microfinance solutions.
• Visit clients to understand their business and personal financial situations.
• Guide clients through the application and disbursement processes for loans, savings, and other financial products.
• Monitor client accounts and provide financial education and advice.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Report on client activities and financial performance to the branch manager.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in microfinance, banking, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with microfinance software and tools such as Mifos, Kiva, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of financial products and services.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
