📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical work, and other building systems.
• Inspect and maintain property facilities to ensure they meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Use building automation systems and energy management software to monitor and optimize energy usage.
• Coordinate with contractors and other service providers to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to building systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of common areas and amenities.
• Assist in the implementation of new building technologies and systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and property managers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Certifications in HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, or building automation systems are a plus.
• Proficiency in using building automation systems and energy management software (e.g., Johnson Controls, Honeywell, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
