As a Logistics Manager, you will oversee the entire logistics pipeline, from vendor coordination to on-site installation, guaranteeing that our projects are completed on time and within budget.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement logistics strategies to support the development of hyperscale data centers.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of infrastructure components.
Manage inventory and warehouse operations, utilizing tools like SAP or similar ERP systems.
Oversee transportation logistics, including road, air, and sea freight, to minimize delivery times and costs.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.
Monitor and optimize logistics performance metrics, such as lead times, delivery accuracy, and cost efficiency.
Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth on-site installation and commissioning.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the logistics team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics management, with a focus on infrastructure or high-tech projects.
Proven track record in managing end-to-end logistics operations for large-scale projects.
Certification in logistics management or relevant industry certifications (e.g., CILT, APICS).
Strong understanding of ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Familiarity with the Indonesian logistics landscape and regulatory environment.
