English Cafe is expanding its team in Bali and seeking a passionate Freelance English Tutor to join our dynamic educational environment. As part of our mission to empower learners with practical English skills, you will play a key role in delivering engaging and effective English lessons. Based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and diverse community, helping students achieve their language goals.

In this role, you will design and deliver personalized English lessons, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and tools such as Zoom, Google Classroom, and educational apps. You will collaborate with our team to continuously improve the learning experience and contribute to our mission of making English learning accessible and enjoyable.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver personalized English lessons tailored to individual student needs and goals.
• Utilize teaching tools and software such as Zoom, Google Classroom, and educational apps to enhance the learning experience.
• Collaborate with the English Cafe team to develop and implement new teaching methods and resources.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents to help them track progress and achieve their language goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and best practices in English language teaching.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
• Ensure all lessons are conducted in a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English, either in a formal educational setting or through private tutoring.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, at an advanced level.
• Familiarity with teaching tools and software such as Zoom, Google Classroom, and educational apps.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet individual student needs.
• Passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their language goals.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent, preferred but not required.
