• Process and verify vendor invoices and payments using QuickBooks and SAP
• Reconcile accounts payable records and maintain accurate financial documentation
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payment processing
• Monitor and analyze payment trends to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analyses

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Fresh graduates or early-career professionals with 0-2 years of experience in accounts payable or finance
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and SAP is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
