Daily, you’ll use our appointment scheduling software, manage patient inquiries, and ensure our clinic runs efficiently. If you’re a Mandarin speaker, this role is especially for you, as our clinic serves a diverse international community.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and coordinate patient appointments using our in-house scheduling software.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, answering inquiries and addressing concerns.
- Ensure smooth patient flow throughout the clinic, from check-in to check-out.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Coordinate with doctors and staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Handle patient billing and insurance inquiries.
- Assist in promoting our clinic services and events.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of appointment scheduling software is a plus.
- Familiarity with eye care services is a bonus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in customer service is a plus.
