📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and execute high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations and staff.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
- Stock and manage kitchen supplies and inventory.
- Train and mentor junior staff members.
- Participate in menu planning and development.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with using kitchen equipment and tools such as ovens, grills, and fryers.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
