🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B leasing, particularly in commercial real estate.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of local real estate market in Cisoka, Banten, and surrounding areas.
• Understanding of lease agreements, contracts, and legal requirements.
