📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and specialized medical tests, including blood tests, urine tests, and other diagnostic procedures.
• Analyze and interpret test results to ensure accurate patient diagnoses.
• Maintain and calibrate medical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in the preparation of specimens and samples for testing.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a medical laboratory or healthcare setting.
• Certification in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and laboratory procedures.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software, such as automated analyzers and laboratory information systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different locations.
