As the SPV PPIC, you will be at the heart of our operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between supply planning, production planning, and inventory control. You will use advanced tools like SAP and Excel to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and streamline our procurement processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company goals.
• Forecast demand and optimize inventory levels using SAP and Excel.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics.
• Lead and mentor junior staff in PPIC functions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in PPIC roles, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Proven experience with SAP and Excel for supply chain planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies is a plus.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
