📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement e-commerce operations strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Lead cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain processes and optimize logistics.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement.
Collaborate with product and technology teams to drive innovation in e-commerce operations.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce operations.
Manage and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Represent Shopee at industry events and conferences to build our brand and network.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations management.
Proven track record of success in driving operational excellence and innovation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools such as Shopee, Lazada, or Tokopedia.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
