📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Shadow experienced special needs teachers to learn and understand best practices in teaching and supporting children with special needs.,Assist in the preparation and implementation of educational activities and resources tailored to the needs of children with special needs.,Support the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.,Assist in the organization and facilitation of group activities, including sensory integration, social skills development, and academic support.,Document student progress, behaviors, and interactions in a detailed and professional manner.,Collaborate with the special needs education team to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.,Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to enhance your knowledge and skills in special needs education.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in special needs education or a related field.,Strong understanding of the principles and practices of special needs education.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new teaching methodologies and strategies.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
