📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both retail and wholesale.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.,Promote our products through various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and events.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product development.,Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Attend trade shows and exhibitions to showcase our products and network with potential clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the home furnishing industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales and marketing software.,Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
