Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules and ensure high levels of customer service.,Maintain high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control restaurant expenses to ensure profitability.,Train and develop staff to improve their performance and skills.,Ensure the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Proven track record of managing restaurant operations effectively.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with marketing and sales strategies.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.🛠️ Keahlian
