📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of finance professionals to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement team training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Coordinate and supervise daily team activities to ensure targets are met.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.,Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the company at internal and external meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a team leadership role in the finance industry.,Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
