Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Good understanding of the automotive industry,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with HR software and tools,Fluency in English and Indonesian,Valid driver's license
