Resto Joko Bakery is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee our operations in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta. This role offers the opportunity to manage a team, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the growth of our brand.

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our bakery, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently. You will also be expected to lead and motivate your team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the branch from anywhere while maintaining strong communication with the team and customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations of the bakery, including production, sales, and customer service.
  • Manage and mentor a team of employees, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards of product and service.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance of the branch.
  • Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure consistency with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
  • Experience in remote management is a plus.
