As the Mixing Color Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of color consistency and quality in the production of synthetic leather. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement color-matching strategies, leveraging advanced color-matching software and tools. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire color-mixing process, ensuring consistency and quality in synthetic leather production.
• Develop and implement color-matching strategies using advanced software such as SpectraMagic and ColorQuest.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain color standards and identify any deviations.
• Train and mentor junior staff on color-matching techniques and quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to innovate and improve color-matching processes.
• Manage inventory of colorants and other raw materials, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Document all color-matching processes and quality control results for compliance and improvement purposes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in color mixing and quality control in the synthetic leather or related industries.
• Proven expertise in using color-matching software such as SpectraMagic and ColorQuest.
• Strong understanding of color theory and color measurement techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with a strong focus on quality.
• Certification in color management or quality control is a plus.
• Fluent in Indonesian with good English communication skills.
