📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service.,Manage and train staff to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Manage inventory and ordering to ensure efficient stock control and cost management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.,Monitor and report sales performance to ensure targets are met.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of operational procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting principles is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
