📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems and networks.,Provide technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.,Monitor and update software and hardware systems as needed.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and technologies.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of IT strategies.,Support the IT department in achieving its goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with common IT tools and software, such as Microsoft Office and basic programming languages.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.,Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role (preferred but not required).
