As an Inspector of Works, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and maintenance of civil and structural as well as mechanical and electrical systems. Your daily tasks will include conducting site inspections, reviewing construction drawings, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress of construction and maintenance works.
• Review construction drawings and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Inspect and test mechanical and electrical systems to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.
• Identify and report any defects or non-compliance issues to the project team.
• Ensure that all construction and maintenance works are carried out in accordance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and submit inspection reports and other relevant documentation.
• Provide guidance and advice to site personnel on best practices and safety procedures.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction inspection, preferably in civil and structural or mechanical and electrical systems.
• Certification as a Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent is a plus.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations, such as ISO, ASHRAE, and IBC.
• Strong knowledge of construction and maintenance practices, including site safety procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
