📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and breakdowns.
- Optimize equipment performance to improve production efficiency.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct equipment calibration and testing as required.
- Maintain detailed records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
- Familiarity with industrial automation and control systems (e.g., PLC, SCADA).
- Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with CNC machines and other advanced manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Certification in industrial safety and health (e.g., OSHA, SHEA) is a plus.
