📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring high standards of food and service quality.,Manage and mentor restaurant staff, providing training and guidance to ensure excellent customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure adequate supplies.,Oversee shift scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Participate in budgeting and financial planning activities to ensure the restaurant's financial health.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high standards of service.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work well in a team and take on leadership responsibilities.,Basic understanding of marketing and customer service principles.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
