📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the branch.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve targets and maintain high service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.,Collaborate with the head office to ensure consistency in brand image and operations.,Participate in training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills.,Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and recognition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or retail industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving sales targets.,Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Knowledge of the tea industry is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
