The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of fleet management principles and a proven track record in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Monitor and maintain vehicle maintenance schedules to ensure timely servicing.,Track fuel consumption and cost to optimize efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet operations.,Provide administrative support to the Fleet Coordinator and other relevant departments.,Assist in the organization and management of driver schedules and routes.,Participate in fleet improvement initiatives and safety training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and good driving record.
