In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet organizational goals.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels.,Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve future programs.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and objectives.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers as needed.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Support the implementation of learning and development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Experience in designing and facilitating training programs is a plus.,Certification in training and development is an advantage.
