Spot Place Sejahtera is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and be able to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Write and edit user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides,Collaborate with development teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Review and improve existing technical documentation to enhance usability and clarity,Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials for internal and external stakeholders,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly,Proficiency in English for technical writing and communication,Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative software development practices
