📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Lead and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing training and support.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels.,Attend trade shows and events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail sales software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
