QUARK Sentosa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and bookkeeping, with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.,Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the work of junior bookkeepers and provide training and guidance.,Conduct bank reconciliations and manage cash flow.,Prepare and process payroll for employees.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent organizational and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
