📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring their availability and performance.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and other IT infrastructure.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Conduct regular backups and ensure data integrity and security.,Document IT processes, procedures, and systems for future reference.,Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and software.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
