📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Manage and mentor a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Develop and execute operational plans and strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational management within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using operational software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian culinary practices and regulations.
  • Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote work tools.
