📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in managing daily cash transactions and ensuring accurate financial records.

Support the cashier in handling customer payments and refunds.

Prepare and maintain financial reports and documents.

Assist in reconciling bank statements and cash balances.

Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Provide excellent customer service during financial transactions.

Assist in training new staff on financial processes.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to financial planning activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cashier or financial role.

Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial transactions.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with financial software and tools is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.

Fluent in Indonesian and English.
