📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary equipment and services for events.,Prepare and present banquet menus, ensuring they meet the preferences and dietary requirements of guests.,Assist in setting up and decorating banquet venues, ensuring they are ready for events.,Provide excellent customer service to banquet guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Assist in the cleanup and post-event follow-up, ensuring all areas are left tidy and any issues are resolved.,Maintain accurate records of banquet events, including guest lists, menus, and equipment usage.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in banquet and event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in hospitality, event planning, or a related field is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with basic event planning software and tools is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
