PT Otoman Optima is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for detail. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the company's general ledger and accounts payable/receivable.,Prepare and process monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide financial reports to management and other stakeholders as required.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.,Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
