📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of employees, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement team training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Coordinate and oversee daily operations to meet company goals and objectives.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle team scheduling, including shifts and leave requests.,Represent the company at team meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role.,Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
