📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and networks.,Provide technical support to employees, including software and hardware issues.,Monitor and maintain IT security measures to protect company data.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Keep up-to-date with the latest IT trends and best practices.,Assist in the preparation of IT reports and documentation.,Support the IT team in planning and executing IT projects.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware.,Good understanding of network infrastructure and security.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of programming languages such as PythonJavaor C++.Experience with IT support tools and software.Familiarity with cloud computing platforms.Understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
