Sentral Gita Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Captain to join our team in Yogyakarta. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our coffee shop and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering a high-quality experience to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing the daily operations of the coffee shop.,Train and supervise baristas to ensure consistent quality of coffee and service.,Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Ensure the coffee shop is clean and well-maintained.,Assist in the preparation of coffee and other beverages.,Monitor and report on sales and customer feedback.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects with ease.,Passionate about coffee and customer service.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.
